Here is exactly what the onboarding process looks like at Hawkins Psychotherapy.

Step 1: Book your appointment →

Book through our secure online booking system called Jane App. Once you have booked an appointment, the system will guide you to enter important information. It will also email you links to your intake and consent forms.

Step 2: Complete intake and consent forms →

These forms give your counsellor valuable information about your background, mental health history, and current concerns.

Step 3: Meet with your counsellor →

About 30 minutes before your appointment, you’ll receive a link to join your video call with your During your first appointment, your therapist will ask you about your goals, experiences, and what kind of support you’re hoping to get.
